1. How to purchase from Timaudio (shopping procedure)?

A: a) Register with Timaudio and verify your membership,
    a) Login you account,
    c) Find the item you want to buy, click "purchase" button and then click "check out" button',
    d) Please select your country (in first blank), and then select "default"  for "please select-staet", "please select-city" & "please select-street" (in all rest three blank),  and then fullfil the following reqired blank:

         consignee name
         detail address
         telephone No.
         Email address
         postal code
         mobile No.

         and then clcik the " delivered to this address" button. 

         a/m data must be true otherwise delivery of your purchased item will fail. we will keep your private data confidential!

    e) And then you need to select shipping way, please make sure how much shipping weight of your purchased item, and then select  shipping way (we mark how much shipping weight suitable for which courier). and also you need to select if you need insurance or not here.
    f) Select  payment method. (we provide paypal for automatical instant online payment, if you want to pay by bank transfer, please write us for our bank account infomation.) 
    g) After all a/m steps, please check your total amount a/m right bottom of the page, if correct, please clcik "submit" button to go on,
    h) Click "pay by paypal" button and then input your paypal email address & password, and then you login your paypal account to finish final payment,
    i)  After your payment received, we will dispatch your purchased item and keep you updated with tracking No.

    We encourage buyer register with us and verify his membership cause we give small discount to those members who's member rank is higher than "newbie". our discount level as following:

    newbie - no discount
    junior member - 1% discount of item price
    member - 2% discount of item price
    senior member - 3% discount of item price
    honour member - 5% discount of item price.

2. How do I register with Timaudio?

A: a) click "register" button,
    b) Fullfil following required blank, and then click "submit" button:
         username
         Email (must be your real Email address otherwise we can't sent you concerned information & you can't verify your membership, FYI, verification of your membership is important for your future business with us. and we will also delete those un-verified members termly)
         password

3. Should I become a verified member with Timaudio?

A: a) Yes we encourage you to verify your membership cause we have discount for our verified member above newbie rank, our discount level as following:

    newbie - no discount
    junior member - 1% discount of item price
    member - 2% discount of item price
    senior member - 3% discount of item price
    honour member - 5% discount of item price.
    b) we will delete un-verified members termly. 

4. How do I become a verified member?

A: a) after registration, click "member center" button to login member center page,
    b) click "click here to send verification message" to send a registration message to your registered email address,
    c) login to the email box registered with Timaudio and you will receive a "registration verification" message from Timaudio, click the verification link (or attach it to your browser and press enter key) and then your membership will be verified.

5. How do I know my order status?

A: a) go to Timaudio hompage and find "order Inquiry" blank,
    b) fullfil the blank with your order No. and then click "check order No." button and then you will get a result of your order status,
    c) besides a/m inquiry, when we ship the item, the shipping information will also published automatically under "shipping Inquiry" column,
    d) you can also write us directly by Email with your order No. to check, and we will reply to you by Email also.

6. How can I find the item I want?

A: a) you can find at top of the home page the products categories: "CD Player", "Turntabl", "Amplifier", "Louder Speakers", "Accessories" etc., click a/m button you can find your wanted item under products list,
    b) or  you can also find your wanted item in the "Brand Zone" column, click your wanted brand and then you can find your item under prouct list there.
